Terms of Service
Last updated August 14, 2026
These terms govern your use of Wedbo. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don't use Wedbo.
The service
Wedbo is a wedding-planning tool with an AI assistant that helps you manage tasks, budget, vendors, your schedule, and your guest list, including shareable RSVP and address-collection links.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Your content
You retain ownership of the information you put into Wedbo (your wedding details, guest list, documents, and messages). You grant us the permissions needed to store and process that content to operate the service for you, including passing relevant content to the AI provider that powers the assistant. You are responsible for having the right to share any guest information you add.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Wedbo for anything unlawful or abusive.
- Don't attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.
- Don't use shared RSVP or address links to collect information you aren't authorized to collect.
Your vendors and your wedding
Wedbo is an organizational tool. We do not provide, vet, endorse, or guarantee any vendor, venue, or service you find or track in Wedbo. Contracts are between you and your vendors, and your vendors — not Wedbo — are responsible for their services. Budget figures, cost and tip estimates, and etiquette guidance in Wedbo are general information to help you plan, not a promise of what anything will cost or how any vendor will perform. Wedbo is not responsible for the outcome of your wedding or any event you plan with it.
AI assistant
The assistant can make mistakes. Actions that change your data are shown for your confirmation before they run, and you are responsible for reviewing them. Wedbo is a planning aid, not professional (legal, financial, or other) advice. In particular, when Wedbo summarizes or flags terms in a contract you upload, that analysis is an informational starting point — it may miss or misread terms, it is not legal advice, and you (or your attorney) should review the contract itself before signing or relying on it.
Availability & changes
We work to keep Wedbo available and reliable but provide it “as is” without warranties. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wedbo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
Termination
You may stop using Wedbo and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or harms the service or other users.
